**Is this legal advice?**

No. We give independent, informational guidance. Where your case needs a licensed Paraguayan lawyer or a home-country tax adviser, we'll tell you.

**What should I include in my message?**

Your nationality, where you are in the process (not started, temporary, permanent), how you earn your income, and any dates that worry you. That's usually enough for a useful first reply.

**Can I message you on WhatsApp or email instead?**

Privacy

## How we use your information.

- **Contact form.** Your name, email, nationality, topic and message reach us by email, and you receive a copy. We use them only to answer you and, if you become a client, to work on your case. The emails are delivered by our email provider, Resend.
- **Email and WhatsApp.** Messages you send us there are handled the same way. WhatsApp's own privacy terms also apply.
- **How long.** We keep messages for up to 2 years, then delete them. To see, correct or delete your information sooner, write to [info@paraguayprocess.com](mailto:info@paraguayprocess.com).
- **Residency Tracker.** Your dates stay in your browser and are never sent to us. We only see them if you write them in a message.
- **Visit statistics.** We count visits with Umami, which uses no cookies and doesn't identify you. If you choose a language in the menu, a small cookie remembers it.
- **Session recordings.** For about 1 in 7 visits, Umami records how the pages are used (scrolling, clicks and mouse movement) for up to 5 minutes, so we can fix what is confusing. Anything you type into a field is hidden in the recording.
- **No selling.** We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
