Straight answers about Paraguay residency.
How do I get residency in Paraguay?
Most people take the standard route: apostilled documents from home, local police and INTERPOL certificates, then temporary residency filed in person at Migraciones. In the last 3 months of the 2-year card you file for permanent residency with proof of real income. The Investor Pass goes straight to permanent. See every step →
How much does Paraguay residency cost?
Migraciones charges Gs. 2,926,925 for temporary residency and the same again for permanent (fees from 1 July 2026). Apostilles, translations and certificates come on top, and any service fee is always shown separately. See the 2026 guide →
Do you sell passports?
No. We sell clarity on a legal process.
Is Paraguay a lawless paradise?
No. It's a real country with real laws, and the guidance here respects the local system.
How fast is the Investor Pass?
